10th - 12th Grades

Description:

Students will engage in a full Government simulation to learn American government. Students will take part in the actions performed by every branch of the government and learn all that goes into leading a country to success. They will be given some of the same obsticals America has come across in it's years of exsistance and determine how they would handle the situtation.

This course will touch on most 12th grade government (civics) standards throughout the simulation. Basic Government (civics) requirements will be fulfilled in class, to earn a-g credit there will be additional assignments. Please inquire prior to beginning the class.

 

Prerequisite:

Students must be able to read and write at the high school level.
